PURPOSE:To minimize power consumption by permitting a light source with less power consumption such as a lamp to light at focus adjustment and a photographing discharge tube to light for checking the irradiation state and inhibiting the light source from lighting at this time. CONSTITUTION:When the 2nd operating member is operated, with the lamp 3 lighting, to close an irradiation angle checking switch 32, a one-shot circuit 31 is driven. Its output changes from a low level to a high one, and the output at a high level is outputted fro the prescribed time. The change of the one shot circuit 31 from a low level to a high one is transmitted to the base of a transistor 12 through a diode 18 to turn on the transistor 12. Due to the turning on of the transistor 12, a capacitor 10 is instantaneously charged, and the output of a comparator 6 comes to a low level immediately. Then the lamp 3 goes out even before the prescribed lighting time of the lamp 3 expires. |
