PURPOSE:To secure a reading action at high speed without having complicated actions including a rewriting action, etc., in case not only a hard error but a soft error occur to the rear information, by using a circuit which inverts the write information and a circuit which inverts the read information and always eliminating the error of the storage information of a memory. CONSTITUTION:The write information supplied from a write information line 1 is held by a write register 2 and supplied to a write information inverting circuit 3 to be written to a memory 5 together with the check bit produced from an error correcting code generating circuit 4. While the data read out of the memory 5 is held by am read register 7 to undergo the error correction 8 and then delivered to a read information line 11 via an output information inverting circuit 9. Here the inversion or non-inversion of both writes and output information is instructed by an information inversion instructing circuit 12 according to the error information given from the circuit 8 and the information given from an error memory 13.
