The three-dimensional unit according to the invention reduces the transportation volume and permits optimum arrangement of the transportation, transshipping and storage processes. It can be used for the medium-duty, multi-storey prefabricated construction method, which makes provision for a flexurally rigid connection between support and base slab. For the transportation, transshipping and storage processes, provision is made for an articulation connection which permits folding of the supports and walls parallel to the base slab. For this purpose, angular articulation elements are fastened on the support via screw-connections and in an articulated manner on the base slab via a bearing bolt. Before mounting, the supports and walls are set up in the installation position and are connected in a flexurally rigid manner to special joining elements which are provided in the corners of the base slab and transfer the tensile, compressive and bending forces from the supports into the base slab. The articulation elements can be released thereafter in order to re-use them. <IMAGE>
