<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition useful for writing utensils, etc. and excellent in dry cleaning resistance, by mixing a specified insoluble azoic red pigment with a dispersant, a resin emulsion and water. CONSTITUTION:0.5-50wt.% insoluble red pigment (a) of formula I (wherein A is a group of formulas II-VI, X is H, a halogen, NO2, CH3, CH3O), a dispersant (b) such as an ionic or nonionic surfactant, or a styrene/maleic acid copolymer salt, 5-50pts.wt. (in terms of solid matter) resin emulsion (c) such as an acrylic resin emulsion, a styrene/acrylic copolymer resin emulsion, or a vinyl acetate resin emulsion, and, optionally, a wetting agent such as (di) ethylene glycol or an antifreezer, a humectant such as (thio)urea, a thickener such as a water-soluble polymer, etc. are dispersed in water by mixing.</p> |
