PURPOSE:To efficiently perform deodorization and to continue deodorization function by forming the inner surface of an exhaust pipe whose tip is closed and a fan is connected with the other end and it has a plurality of draft ports in the side face of a substituted derivative of metallic phthalocyanine. CONSTITUTION:A deodorant exhaust pipe 2 is constituted by fitting a closing mouthpiece 6 to one end of a tubular pipe 5 in which a synthetic resin sheet carried with a substituted derivative of metallic phthalocyanine is made tubular and pressing the other end with an annular mouthpiece 7. A plurality of ribs are formed in the inside of the tubular body 5 to the lengthwise direction in order to increase a contact area with gas. A plurality of exhaust ports 4 are provided to one part of the side face of the tubular body 5 and the aperture part of the annular mouthpiece 7 is connected with a fan 3 via a connection pipe 9. The deodorant exhaust pipe 2 is fitted in a stable, etc., and a suction pipe 10 is lengthened to the vicinity of an offensive odor generation source. Offensive odor gas is sent into the tubular body 5 by driving the fan 3 and brought into contact with the inner surface and the ribs 8 of the tubular body 5 and the offensive odor substance is deodorized by catalytic action of metallic phthalocyanine and the gas is discharged through the exhaust ports 4.
