PURPOSE:To extremely easily, economically and rationally obtain the pressurized concrete by curing the concrete while pressurizing the same by using a shape memory alloy. CONSTITUTION:Shape memory alloy coil springs 4 are disposed on the concrete to be pressurized and steel plates 5, 3 are placed on the and bottom thereof, then the ready-mixed concrete 2 is steam-cured. The springs 4 generate pressurizing stresses by the heating for steam curing to compact the concrete. The springs 4 having the martensite transformation temp. in a 40-60 deg.C range need be used as the springs to be used in this case. The temp. falls and the shape memory alloy shrinks to the original shape when a form 1 is taken out of a curing tank upon lapse of the steam curing time necessary for curing of the concrete 2. As a result, the product can be easily taken out of the form 1. |
