PURPOSE:To obtain sufficiently strength against external force such as hydraulic pressure, by a method wherein a thermoplastic plate in a state of flat plate is set up into a molding vessel, the inside of the vessel is made into a decompressed state, hot air is blown against about the central part of a plastic plate, a dome-shaped molded body is molded, which is made into a pair of half-divided bodies by cutting the same so that the same is divided into two parts at the central part and circumferences of the half-divided bodies besides sections are joined to each other by facing on each other. CONSTITUTION:A clip 13 is put on the circumference above the bottom of a molding vessel 10 in a plastic plate 11. Then when the inside of the molding vessel 10 is made into a decompressed state by sucking air within the molding vessel and hot air is blown against about the central part of the plastic plate 11 through a nozzle 12, the plastic plate 11 is swollen out gradually. This dome-shaped molded body 20 is cut off and made into a pair of a half-divided bodies. The half-divided bodies 23, 24 are joined to each other. In other words, the joining is performed so that the half-divided body 24 is turned by 180 degrees and a flange part of the same is confronted with a flange part of the half-divided body 23. Then confronted surfaces are stuck with an adhesive agent such as epoxy resin. |
