PURPOSE:To prevent splashed water or the like from being sucked in an air intake passage by forming an air intake passage opened to the rear part of a helmet sotring box on the upper surface of a rear fender upper, and connecting the passage to an air inlet of an air cleaner. CONSTITUTION:An air cleaner 10 is disposed above a muffler 8 extended on one side of a rear wheel, and the front portion of the cleaner is connected to an engine 7 through a bracket 11. An air intake passage 12 which is opened to the rear of a helmet storing box 2 and extended in front and in rear is formed on the upper surface of a rear fender upper 4 disposed above the rear wheel. One end of an expansible boot 13 is installed cn the rear end portion of an air intake passage 12 by a clamp 14, and the other end of the boot 13 is connected to an inlet 10a in the upper portion of the air cleaner 10. By this arrangement, the splashed water or the like can be surely prevented from being sucked in the air intake passage 12. |
