PURPOSE: To measure and dilute a small quantity of sample easily by receiving both a sample and a diluent and feeding a part of the sample through an indication chamber to a measuring chamber thence to a receiving chamber. CONSTITUTION: When a sample is fed to a place 110 for applying sample, then sample passes through a sample flow directing chamber 130 and flows into a measuring chamber 140 and stops in the measuring chamber 140 and a mixing/ reading chamber 150. When a dilution case 175 is broken, a diluent pushes out the sample and flows into the mixing chamber 150 thus filling the mixing chamber 150. Subsequently, a groove 205 is opened and a part of the mixture is introduced to a mixture measuring chamber 240. After the mixture is discharged from a flow directing chamber 230, a dilution case 275 is broken and the diluent flows into a receiving chamber 250 before a sample of the mixture is fed from the measuring chamber 240 into the receiving chamber 250. Finally, a modified mixture is admixed and measured. |
