Bicyclic sulfonamido derivatives represented by the formula: wherein R1 is a hydrogen or lower alkyl; R2 is an alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, aralkyl or heterocycle; R3 is a hydrogen or methyl; X is an alkylene or alkenylene which may be substituted by a fluorine atom or atoms and may contain a oxygen, sulfur and/or phenylene in the chain; Y is straight or branched alkylene or alkeneylene, oxygen, or sulfur; m indicates 0 or 1; and n indicates 0, 1 or 2, or their salt being used as antithrombotic, anti-vasoconstricting, and anti-brochoconstricting drugs.
