PURPOSE:To obtain the subject device for DNA-diagnosis, etc., capable of automatic operation without requiring expert by sucking soft material such as agar-agar gel on a board body of carrier filter, etc., with a porous suction plate in decompression chamber, fixing the board body with pressing tool, making to move up and down and separating the both of the board body and the soft material. CONSTITUTION:In a separating device for separating a soft material such as agar-agar gel 80 and a board body such as carrier filter 85, etc., in contact with each other, the agar-agar gel 80 on the carrier filter 85 is sucked with a porous suction plate 18 installed below a decompression chamber 14 in a decompression device 1 and the board body of the carrier filter 85 is fixed by pressing with a pressing tool 45, then going up and down devices 11 and 21 capable of independently rising or lowering installed at the porous plate 18 and the pressing tool 45 are operated, thus the going up and down device 21 joined to the porous plate 18 is risen and the going up and down device 11 joined to the pressing tool 45 is lowered to separate the carrier filter 85 and the agar-agar gel 80. |
