PURPOSE: To obtain the subject pharmaceutical composition capable of providing a solution having a comfortable taste by dissolving the composition by including a specific painkiller component, sodium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate and calcium bicarbonate as an acid protecting component. CONSTITUTION: The subject composition includes a mixture of 0.2-16wt.% painkiller selected from acetylsalicylic acid, acetaminophen, ketoprofen and a mixture thereof, 24-38wt.% citric acid, 12-19wt.% sodium bicarbonate, 8-13wt.% calcium carbonate, 9-14wt.% calcium bicarbonate, 0.05-0.1wt.% antihistamine (e.g. chloropheniramin maleate), 0.1-1.2 antiphlogistine (e.g. phenylpropanolamine bitartrate), 0-0.6 antitussive (e.g. dextromethorphan hydrobromide), 0-11wt.% glycine, 0.8-1.3wt.% perfume and sweet, 0-33wt.% adjuvant for making a tablet without a lubricant and 0-6wt.% lubricant of the tablet without the acetylsalicylic acid. |
