PURPOSE:To attain rapid plotting by deciding a segment held between boundary lines of an area to be filled in each plural dots. CONSTITUTION:When an area filling command is outputted, image information relating to the area commanded to be filled is read out in each plural dots by an area filling deciding means 5 to decide whether each area is to be filled or not. A segment deciding means 6 decides the boundary lines of the area to be filled and an area filling means 7 fills the area in the decided boundary and stores the filled area in an image information storing means 4. Since the area filling of plural dots can be decided by one operation, rapid plotting can be attained even at the time of filling an area having a branch. |
