<p>PURPOSE:To quickly calculate a required term of actual work to reduce the burden of workers by directly inputting and processing start and completion data of each stage without work slips and storing data of a production stop period or the like. CONSTITUTION:Processing is performed in manufacturing devices M1 to M4 and stages A to D. When calculation of the term of work is requested, a work term calculating part 40 reads in input data in respective lots of products of the same kind subjected to processings in stages A to D from group control CPUs C1 and C2. Based on this input data, the start time is subtracted from the completion time to calculate the term of work in each stage. The schedule corresponding to the calculated term of work is read out from a schedule management file 50 to check whether holidays are included in the term of work or not. When they are not included, the calculated period is defined as the period of actual work; but when they are included, it is checked whether the number of equipments operated no holidays is larger than a reference value or not. When it is equal to or smaller than it, holidays are subtracted from the calculated period to obtain the term of actual work; but when it is larger than the reference value, the calculated period is defined as the term of actual work as it is. The calculation result is displayed on a display part 60.</p> |
