<p>PURPOSE:To improve operability by covering the outer periphery of a flexible piezoelectric base material with flexible supporting bands formed with a conductive paint layer on a transfer plate, vulcanizing it, then removing the plate, and forming an electrode layer on the outer periphery of a coaxial flexible piezoelectric element of the paint layer. CONSTITUTION:A flexible transfer plate 1 having good high temperature peelability is coated with conductive paste formed by dispersing silver and synthetic resin in solvent in a rolled state to form a flexible supporting band 3. The outer periphery of a primarily vulcanized cablelike, cylindrical or coaxial flexible piezoelectric base material 10 is coated with the band 3 from the side of the conductive paint layer 2, secondarily vulcanized in a coating state, the plate 1 is then removed, the layer 2 is transferred to the front and rear surfaces of the material 10 to form an electrode layer 13. Accordingly, since the electrode layer can be formed separately from the manufacturing steps of the piezoelectric material, a production management, operability can be improved.</p> |
