PURPOSE:To provide a process for raising the superconducting transition temperature of especially a Bi-based oxide superconductor among oxide superconductors. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate product or a substance getting superconducting characteristics in the production process of an oxide superconductor is treated with a solution containing an oxidizing compound, such as carbonyl compound, ozone, hydrogen peroxide, organic peroxide, dimethyl sulfoxide and permanganate, especially preferably quinones. |
