<p>PURPOSE:To attain a remote control by an optional remote control transmitter with a different transmission system by allocating a function of each operation button of the remote control transmitter to the operating mode by control information corresponding to the compressed data with respect to the operation button. CONSTITUTION:A compression data storage section 6A and a control information storage section 7A in a storage section 5 are made correspondent with each other and similary compression data storage sections 6B, 6C correspond respectively to the control information storage sections 7B, 7C. When, for example, an operation button 8C (video recording) is operated, a microprocessor 3 generates video recording control information '1' and writes it into the control information storage section 7A corresponding to the compressed data storage section 6A storing the compression data and the operating button 1A of the remote control transmitter 1 is functioned to the video recording button. Similarly the operating buttons 1B, 1C of the remote control transmitter 1 are functioned. Thus, the remote control is attained even by the remote control transmitter of the different transmission system.</p> |
