PURPOSE:To obtain a mold structure for molding a synthetic resin tube capable of tube fixation in which an unevenness of the join parts does not appear utterly in the flange and thus leakage never occurs therein by shifting either one of paired molds for placing two partially tubular bodies into contact with each other, and secondary-injecting a fusing composing synthetic resin to the partially tubular bodies at the groove joint line in which the two partially tubular bodies come into contact with each other, for joining the both. CONSTITUTION:Partially tubular bodies A, B are primary injection-molded by respectively employing a fixed mold 100 and a movable mold 200 are female molds, and as leaving the primary-injected halved bodies A, B in respective female bodies, the movable mold 200 is opened in the direction of arrow E, and then slid in the direction of arrow F, and next, mold-matched in the direction of arrow G for being put into contact with each other. Besides, since partial grooves A1, B1 are preliminarily provided on the joint line of the partially tubular bodies (halved bodies) A, B, grooves 50, 50 are spirally formed on the joint line at the time when the joint line comes into contact with each other. And, onto both grooves 50, 50, molten resin is secondary-injected from an injection port (not shown), and therefore, the partially tubular bodies A, B are joined to each other in a fusing manner on the joint lines 40. Namely, inasmuch as mold-matched parts or joined parts do not appear on the end surfaces of attaching flange parts and the like, a synthetic resin tubular pipe with an excellent sealing property can be manufactured efficiently. |
