MANUFACTURE OF MAGNETIC DEVICE

PURPOSE: To improve a method of manufacturing a multilayer magnetic element such as a transformer or an inductor by forming an independent magnetic region by a method wherein a removable spacer region is used. CONSTITUTION: Within the manufacturing method of multilayer magnetic element, it has been found that any cracking and the defective magnetic characteristics can be suppressed by forming the pattern of a magnetic region 62 and an insulating region 61 separated by a removable region 63 in the sintering step. Especially, in the case of lamination, a magnetic core sintered in an insulator to be completely covered with a spacial thin layer can be realized by arranging a removable material layer 63 between the magnetic region 62 and the insulating region 61.
