PURPOSE:To house paper in a sorted state one by one, to orderly house curled paper and to prevent the paper from being doubly fed by constituting an intermediate tray device in which many members for partitioning are arranged in the case of feeding the paper so that copying for a back surface may be performed after housing a one-side copy in an automatic both-side copying machine. CONSTITUTION:The intermediate tray device 1 is constituted by arranging many members for partitioning 2, 2a,... at specified intervals (s), and a gate member 7 is arranged at an end on the paper feeding side of the device 1, then a paper supply roller 8 is provided at the entrance part of a paper carrying path. The members 2, 2a,... are constituted to be projected by length L as they become upper ones, and an insertion guide 10 where a carrying roller device 15 is provided is arranged on the paper insertion side of the device 1. Every time the paper is inserted by one, the guide 10 is retreated by the length L and the paper is carried in a tray by an upper roller 9. |
