<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visual target presentation apparatus which facilitates the recognition of a switching of examination visual targets and attains a smooth examination. <P>SOLUTION: The visual target presentation apparatus comprises vision examination visual targets, a display for displaying a variety of visual targets, such as red, green visual targets or the like, for confirming an excess vision correction, a remote controller that outputs a visual target switching signal for switching the examination visual targets displayed on the display, and a control means for controlling the switching of the visual targets displayed on the display in response to the visual target switching signal.
