PURPOSE: To obtain a desired voltage by providing a current source circuit having a specific temperature characteristic, a correction circuit correcting the temperature characteristic, and a voltage conversion circuit so as to suppress a change in an output voltage due to a temperature change. CONSTITUTION: The voltage source device 1 is made up of a current source circuit 2, a correction circuit 3 and a voltage conversion circuit 4. The current source circuit 2 provides a reference current Iref having a temperature characteristic of 1/T-a (T is ambient temperature and (a) is a constant) to the correction circuit 3 and employs a band capacitor and the voltage conversion circuit 4 is made up of a resistor R1. The correction circuit 3 has a temperature characteristic of -1/T being an inverted characteristic of the current source circuit 2. Thus, a temperature characteristic having at least a term of -1/T is provided to the correction circuit 3 and the current is added to a current supplied from the current source circuit 2 to make the term of 1/T of the current supplied from the current source circuit 2 to the voltage conversion circuit 4 approximately zero.
