PURPOSE:To provide possibility of conducting works from upon a dolly without hindrance by installing a dolly driving device beside a certain path, furnishing a brake device downstream this position, equipping each dolly with a supporting device for object to be transported in such a way as capable of elevating and sinking, and installing lift devices for the supporting device in appropriate places on the path. CONSTITUTION:On a certain path 5 a dolly 1 is positioned as facing a dolly driving device, which shall act on the dolly 1 side, and thereby a large thrust force is given to the dolly 1 to transport it upon the path 5. This dolly 1 pushes foregoing dollies at a standstill, which thus are transported in the condition as receiving the effect of a brake device, so that the dollies are laid tight with one another in serial arrangement between the dolly driving device and the brake device, that allows an operator to walk on dollies without risk of falling off. When the dolly 1 reaches the specified position on the path 5, lift devices 30 are operated to raise a supporting device 20, and the level of object to be transported 14 is lifted with respect to the oversurface of the dolly, followed by manual operation corresponding to the level. |
