PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of a permanent set in compliance with a repeated use by installing male/female stoppers engaged fittingly by mutual rotation on the relative surface of a hook and an anchor part, in a thing in which the hook part and the anchor part are provided on both ends of a belt part. SOLUTION: A hook part 3 and an anchor part are installed on both ends of a belt shape belt part for constituting a strap and male/female stoppers engaged fittingly each other by the relative rotation of each part are installed on the relative surface in order to store the strap after fitting both together. In other words, the male side stopper 20 is installed by providing a cylindrical projection 21 and engaging pins 22, 23 in a horizontal direction side from its projection end side on the hook part 3. A recessed part having an engaging groove continued from a slit, in which male side engaging pins 22, 23 are received, to a rotation direction side is provided on the anchor part. Thereby, it can be maintained sufficiently and functionally and fitted each other surely even in a repeated use. |
