PURPOSE:To prepare the subject product having a color similar to that of the meat of crab leg by pressing and coating a colorless fish raw material paste on the coating film of a colored fish raw material paste to form a crab leg meat-like coating film layer. CONSTITUTION:A colored fish raw material paste is coated on the central portion of a plastic film 1 continuously transferred in the longitudinal direction in a small width, and a colorless fish raw material paste extruded from extrusion muzzles 3, 4 is pressed and coated on the formed coating film of the colored fish raw material paste in a large width to form a crab leg meat-like coating film layer. A core material 5 comprising a fish paste product is put on the coating film layer, wound with the film 1 and subsequently thermally coagulated to provide the objective product comprising the integrated product of the core material 5 with the coating film layer, the fish paste product being prepared by thermally coagulating a fish paste, cutting the product into fibrous products and subsequently bundling the fibrous products into bar-like products. |
