PURPOSE:To easily select and operate items by setting plural items as button items at the time of designing a form and selecting and inputting one of these items through a cursor at the time of preparing the form. CONSTITUTION:When a form designer in a management division defines the form format of a special duty report by an input part 1, a form definition part 4 stores the defined form format in a storage part 11. When one of plural items is set as the button item, a form item setting part 7 sets the item attribute of item definition information corresponding to this item in an item definition information table of the form format as the button item. The special duty report is inputted as data by a form preparing division. When a user in this division designates the special duty report, a generating part 5 reads in the designated form format from the storage part 11 and displays it on a CRT display device 2. Data is successively inputted to items from the input part. When the cursor is placed in an item, item definition information of this item is referred by the preparing part 5 to get the item attribute. |
