<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality by storing set history information, and preventing a product having the set history from being shipped and suppressing the reoccurrence of the same defect once the defect is found. SOLUTION: A system management computer 21 issues a bar code label where information regarding a product and a set is recorded and a defect code book wherein defect codes indicating the contents of defects are recorded, recognizes the contents and number of generated defects by reading bar codes and defect codes at the time of quality control in an assembling process 31 and an inspecting process 33, and stops the production line if the contents and/or number of the defects exceeds predetermined production line stop conditions. Further, the set history is stored and when a defect is found, the set history of a product having the same set history is outputted to prevent the shipment and suppress the reoccurrence of the same defect.</p> |
