<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the effect of sound insulation by obtaining a soundproofing grommet capable of sound-insulating cavity part of a penetration hole part of the grommet. SOLUTION: With the soundproofing grommet 31, a sound insulating body 41 having a wire-penetrating hole 39 is elastically pressure-fitted into an large opening part 33 of a grommet body 33 formed by connecting the large opening part 33 with a small opening part 35 in series. In this case, a sound insulating layers 49 made of hard material are formed in a nearly intermediate position of the sound insulating body 41, both end sides of which are formed of sound insulating material 47 made of soft material, and a claw part for engagingly locking the sound insulating layers 49 are provided on the inner peripheral surface of the large opening part 33. By engagingly locking the sound insulating layers 49 by means of the claw part, the sound insulating body 41 is held in the large opening part 33 with the one end side-sound insulating material 47 being projected from the large opening part 33.</p> |
