PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time-sharing FM radar system which eliminates a need of a high-frequency and high-gain reception amplifier circuit used to supply a reflected FM frequency signal to a common mixer while the FM frequency signal which is received by every transmitting-receiving antenna is being amplified intermittently in a time-sharing manner. SOLUTION: A time-sharing FM radar system is provided with an FM-signal generation part 18 which generates an FM signal at a frequency changed in terms of time, with a plurality of beam transmission-reception means 12a to 12d which radiate beams so as to be overlapped spatially and partially and which are arranged so as to receive reflected waves generated at a reflecting body and with transmission-reception parts 13a to 13d provided with mixers 17a to 17d by which the FM signal reflected by the reflecting body so as to be received and a local FM signal are mixed so as to generate a beam signal. The respective transmission-reception parts 13a to 13d are provided with transmission-selection amplifiers 15a to 15d, by which a part of the FM signal generated by the FM signal generation part 18 is amplified intermittently so as to be supplied, and reception-selection amplifiers 16a to 16d which output the local FM signal.
|
