<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin carrier suitably used for a dual component magnetic brush developing system low in cost and having high reliability. SOLUTION: In manufacture of a magnetic material dispersion type resin carrier by melting and mixing, the carrier being used in the electrophotographic device of a dual component magnetic brush developing system or an electrostatic recorder and being made of at least a magnetic material and a connecting resin, grains having composition similar to that of the magnetic material dispersion type resin carrier are added before melting and mixing. For the grains having composition similar to that of the carrier, fine powder and/or coarse powder obtained daring manufacture by, for instance, crushing and classifying the carrier is used, but the use is not limited to this. Further, the amount of addition is set lower than, preferably 70wt.% of the entire mixed material or more preferably lower than 60wt.%.</p> |
