<p>PURPOSE:To continuously operate the title high voltage pulse generator for a long time by a method wherein the high voltage pulse generating magnetic parts provided with a case containing magnetic cores and a refrigerant as well as split parallel windings formed of flat plate type conductor are used. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic cores 8 wound up with an amorphous magnetic band for insulation are contained in a cylindrical conductor 2. Ring type insulators 7 fill the roles of fixing the wound up magnetic cores 6 and regulating the flow of a coolant for cutting off said flow while the other ring type insulators 8 fill the roles of avoiding the mutual contact between the wound up magnetic cores 6 and evenly cooling down the ends of the magnetic cores 6. The insulator 9 fills the roles of insulating the input.output terminals 1, 3 and sealing up a refrigerant while the other insulators 10, 11 fill the roles of making the alignment of the whole body of said magnetic cores 6 and retaining the whole body of the components. The split parallel windings 12 made of flat plate type conductor are insulation-coated in high withstand voltage to be wound up in parallel with one another in both right and left directions from the initial winding position to the opposite pole of the magnetic cores 6. In such a constitution, the refrigerant runs from an oil inlet 4 to an oil outlet 5 in the flow channel order as shown by arrows.</p> |
