<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backside seal member whose drain lip does not much interfere with a roof side seal member when a rear window is opened or closed in a convertible vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: On the lower end surface of the first terminal molding section 11 of the backside seal member attached to ends on both sides of the rear window 1 which can be freely opened and closed, the drain lip 12 is formed downwards between the first terminal molding section 11 and the second terminal molding section 21 of the roof side seal member 20 attached to a roof 2. The drain lip 12 is constituted of a hanging piece 13 sagging from the lower end surface of the first terminal molding section 11 and a receiving piece 14 protruding forward from a lower end 13a of the hanging piece 13. Furthermore, the drain lip 12 is formed so that a front end 14a of the receiving piece 14 is located ahead of a virtual vertical line V passing through a lower end of the second terminal molding section 21 and an opening and closing trajectory T of the front end 14a does not much interfere with the second terminal molding section 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
