A passage in the body of the rotor blade (1) runs between an inlet (4a) and an outlet (4b) in the blade root (2). The steam passing through is collected, and a bypass (7) is provided in one at least of the partitions (31) between the sections of the passage. This bypass is situated near the blade root. At the rear side of the blade a reinforcing rib (8) can be provided, dividing the passage into two or more sections.
