PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary force transmitting member with a small number of components at a low cost. SOLUTION: This member is constituted by allowing a rotary shaft 140 to penetrate an opening formed at the center of a coupling 130, and fixing the coupling 130 to the rotary shaft 140 with parallel pin 142. Then, the device is provided with a compression coil spring 150, which is fitted onto the periphery of the rotary shaft 140, and one end 152 of the compression coil spring 150 is held in contact with a fastening ring (stopper) 146 so as to make the spring impossible to move, while the other end 154 is held in contact with an inside wall surface 130a of the coupling 130, so as to energize the coupling 130 toward a tip part 148 of the rotary shaft 140 by the compression coil spring 150. |
