DEVICE FOR SUSPENSION OF BOILER HEATING SURFACES

FIELD: boilers, waste-heat boilers and other heat-exchange apparatus. SUBSTANCE: boiler has gas duct whose side walls are formed by heating surfaces 1 with high points of attachment and heating surfaces 2 with low point of attachment. Heating surfaces are secured on ceiling of framework by means of hangers 3 made in form of rods and springs. Points of securing heating surfaces 2 are located below points of securing heating surfaces 1 by distance "h"; heating surfaces 2 are secured by means of hangers 5 made in form of spring and rods on horizontal frame 6 which is suspended from ceiling of framework 4 by means of at least two hangers 7 made in form of heated tubes at length "1". Hangers 7 are provided with supply branch pipes 8 and discharge branch pipes 9 connected to boiler circulation system. EFFECT: improved maintainability; reduced mass of heat-transfer agent and mass of boiler. 2 dwg
