FIELD: medicine, education, sports. SUBSTANCE: method involves alternating rhythmic breathing and retaining breathing at expiration. Number of breathing motions between breathing retentions during each exercise is gradually increasing from one to three-ten times, then gradually reducing to 30-50% of maximum obtained number with following increase of this number to 60-70% and reduction to initial number. During exercising, suggestive action directed at relaxation and stabilization of reached state is provided.
