SUBSTANCE: device has a casing with the respiration donor's inlet and recipient's outlet furnished with a check valve, in its turn, the casing is furnished with a hygienic cloth of a round, oval, square or rectangular shape with a central hole for attachment in the casing, the diameter or width of the hygienic cloth is selected within 3.2 to 7.2 of the casing outside diameter, the check valve leaf is located in the outlet for connection to the recipient and is parallel to the hygienic cloth, the casing is made detachable for fastening the hygienic cloth by means of a threaded connection through an intermediate ring, it is furnished with an annular lock of the recipient's teeth projecting from the side of the recipient.
