PURPOSE:To prevent wear and eccentricity of a container by holding the container detachably at a holder hole of a holder while a guide surface gradually reducing in the diameter at the bottom of the holder hole with a protector member mounted on the lower part of the circumference of the container. CONSTITUTION:This is made up of a turret-like feeder H as first reaction tube transfer path, a first reagent unit J having a plurality of reagent vessels mounted detachably on a turrent holder 12, a reaction tube exchanger L adapted to transfer a reaction tube 11 into which a reagent is poured to a measuring turret K as the second transfer path of the reaction tube 11 from the turret-like feeder H adapted to transfer it sequentially in an intermittent manner and an optical unit M for performing a colorimetric measurement of a sample or the like in the reaction tube 11 and hence, the distribution of the sample and reagent and measuring work thereof is performed with separate transfer paths. As the protector container and the heat block are both made of a heat conducing material, the reaction 11 is free from wear and deterioration in the transmission efficiency. |
