PURPOSE: Provided is a panel for cabinet of knockdown type which can be folded over right angle at the corner, can be easily packed for transport with diminishing the occupance of flaw in the product, thus reducing yield ratio. CONSTITUTION: The product composed with upper panel(10), basal panel(10a), and two side panels (30), which are made separately at first and then assembled to form a cabinet. Upper and basal panel have weak, flexible streak respectively, along that streak the panel can be easily folded over right angle to make corner. In folded condition, upper and basal panels are connected with two side panels by screws to make a cabinet of knockdown type.
