PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately control both the temperature and humidity inside a room and ensure comfortableness, while conducting highly efficient air conditioning throughout a year. SOLUTION: First and second cycle portions 11, 12 are provided with cycle side systems 20a, 20b and absorbing side systems 41a, 40b, respectively, which are constituted alike. The first cycle 11 portion is provided with a humidification mechanism 60. Further, the first cycle portion 11 takes in outside air from outdoor. A portion of the outside air is dehumidified by the humidification mechanism 60, cooled in the system 20a and supplied indoors. The remaining outside air is heated by the system 40a, its water content is discharged in the humidification mechanism 60 and exhausted outdoors. The second cycle portion 12 takes in inside air from the inside of a room. A portion of the inside air is cooled in the system 20b and supplied indoors. The remaining inside air is heated by the system 40b and exhausted outdoors.
