PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-exchanging device in which heating medium is not left in a tray fixing part having a tray insertion window formed therein. SOLUTION: A tray 6 fixing part of an upper heat-exchanging chamber 2 is provided with a protruded window 19. The base end of the tray 6 is fixed to a vibrating device 20 installed outside the protruded window 19, the base end of the tray 6 inserted into the part of this protruded window 19 is provided with a notch 27, a lower frame of the protruded window 19 is provided with slant grooves 26 descended and inclined toward in the upper heat exchanging chamber 2, the heating medium moving on the tray 6 and entering the protruded window 19 is returned back into the upper heat exchanging chamber 2 from the notch 27 and the slant grooves 26.
