PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar heater suitable as a hard material for building, and the like, in which excellent appearance and durability are imparted by employing a ringlike member in the electrode part take-out structure and excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, temperature distribution uniformity and long term stability are imparted by employing a sheet member. SOLUTION: The laminate comprises sheet members 1a, 1b at least having flexibility, a plurality of first stripe conductive members 2 formed on the surface of the sheet member along a specified direction at a specified interval, and second stripe conductive members 3 formed on the first conductive members by bridging them, wherein respective members are secured by a stitching part 5 formed along the length direction of the second conductive members. The laminate is provided, at an appropriate part on the conductive member, with a window for exposing the conductive member and an annular member having a wiring part 7a comprising grooves or holes for passing lead wires is formed on the sheet member while surrounding the window 6 in order to take out the electrode part by filling it with adhesive.
