PURPOSE:To prepare a delicious refreshing drink having high nutritive value and containing natural dietary fiber by preparing MISO (fermented bean paste) with rock salt and using the MISO and fruit juice as raw materials. CONSTITUTION:MISO fermented by using rock salt is dissolved in an amount of 10-50% into water, carbonated water or sodium carbonate water. The solution is filtered, added with a proper amount of fruit juice and stirred to obtain the objective drink. MISO prepared by using rock salt is easily soluble in water. The refreshing drink prepared by adding fruit juice to the MISO has moderately mixed taste and flavor of salt and fruit juice and high nutritive value by the additive effect of the nutrients of MISO and those of fruit juice. |
