<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate cutting of a conductor adjacent to a resistor, to obtain reliability and to easily design a power circuit device by providing a trimming groove substantially in parallel with the conductor adjacent to the resistor toward the center of the resistor. CONSTITUTION:An inverted L-shaped lead conductor 4 is formed at the lower side end of a resistor 1 made by printing on an alumina board and baking, and a lead conductor 3 is formed at the opposite upper left end of silver palladium or copper material. A conductor 5 adjacent to the conductor in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the resistor near it is formed of the same material as that of the conductor 3. Then, it is trimmed at the intermediate upper side of the resistor in the longitudinal direction by sandblasting or laser. That is, since a trimming groove 2 is formed substantially in parallel with the adjacent conductor 5, the conductor 3 is connected to the left side end of the resistor 1 divided at the groove 2. Thus, the conductor 5 adjacent to the resistor 1 is not cut, the design of an electronic circuit device is facilitated, and even if the groove 2 is formed on the way of the resistor 1, its reliability can be obtained.</p> |
