PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold manufacturing device, a manufacturing method of a mold, which can easily change a path so as to be capable of supplying gas to a cavity accurately, even if being in a case etc. to change the shape of the cavity according to the structure of mold, and can manufacture an even mold.SOLUTION: A mold manufacturing device includes a forming die having a cavity in which coated sand can be charged, and a gas supply means which supplies gas to the cavity, wherein the forming die is communicated with the cavity, and has an upper surface communication path opening in an upper surface, a lower surface, a first side surface, and a second side surface, a lower surface communication path, a first side surface communication path, and a second side surface communication path, and wherein at least any two kinds of the communication path among these upper surface communication path, lower surface communication path, first side surface communication path, and second side surface communication path are connected to the gas supply means with their communication state being changeable, at least one kind of the communication path has a function to discharge the gas of the cavity. |
