PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display is provided to adjust a line declination angle of a liquid crystal and compensate for a visibility angle, thereby achieving a light visibility angle and having a constant brightness depending on the viewing direction of the screen, resulting in improving the yield of the manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: In a liquid crystal display, substrates(21,22) are opposed to each other as to form a closed space by injecting a liquid crystal. The first and second of transparent electrodes(23a,23b) are mounted on the substrates. The first liquid crystal orientation film(24a) is formed on the first electrode and oriented into one domain area. The second liquid crystal orientation film(24b) is formed on the second electrode and oriented into a plurality of domain area. A liquid crystal layer(25) is injected in the closed space.
