PURPOSE: An accessory having a switch and a production method thereof are provided, which has a switch to make the ring splendid by attaching a structure having a device for being luminary into the head of the ring. CONSTITUTION: The accessory having a switch is characterized by being comprised of: a ring(41); and a part for receiving(50) a part having a device for being luminary(10). In which, the part having a device for being luminary(10) is comprised of: a hollow space and a lid; the first electrode which is connected to a metal board(32) at the bottom inside the hollow space; and the second electrode connected to a metal screw.
