PURPOSE: Provided is a microbe preparation containing bacteria, which form thermophilic endospore. The preparation improves a rate of gain, decreases generation of ammonia gas and extends the breeding time. CONSTITUTION: A complex microorganism preparation for domestic animals is provided which contains: 1.1x10¬7 - 1.1x10¬9 cfu/g of Bacillus subtillis DH-1(KCTC-0606 BP) and Bacillus subtilis DH-2(KCTC-0606 BP); 1.8x10¬6 - 1.80x10¬8 cfu/g of Lactobacillus sp. (KCTC-0608 BP); 6.0x10¬6 -0 6.0x10¬8 cfu/g of Enterococcus sp. (KCTC-0609 BP); and 1.0x10¬5 - 1.0x10¬6 cfu/g of Saccaromyces cerevisiae (KCTC-0610 BP). A production method thereof comprises the following steps of: screening and isolating strains and followed by culturing each strain in liquid medium; inoculating the strains into heat treated soybean meal(0.3-0.5%(v/w)) and fermenting substrates under the optimum condition such as temperature, and moisture content etc.; vacuum drying viable cells and cultures at low temperature with maintaining enzyme activity and followed by pulverizing them into 20 mesh; adding enzyme stabilizing agents and diluents and mixing them.
