PURPOSE: A load holding valve is provided to reduce the number of components and a producing cost with a simple structure and to increase safety. CONSTITUTION: A pressure oil adjuster is composed of a control spool(60) and a check valve(74). The control spool and the check valve reduce vibration and shakes when a hydraulic cylinder(80) suddenly stops or a load applied to a piston(19) is changed. For instance, pressure oil stops flowing to a small diameter chamber(84) of the hydraulic cylinder through a channel(44) and a supplying line(50), then a control line(48) connected to the channel reduces the pressure of channels(54,56,58,70). Herein, the pressure in the channels(56,58) and a pilot line(70) are lower than the pressure in channels(57,59) and a pilot line(72).
