<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data shaping system and a data rate control method which can cope with a wide range of rate and suppress increase of the device scale. SOLUTION: When data is read and controlled by using two time tables A and B, the lowest output rate is set when an n-th slot (n-1) in the time table B is designated. An out-of-range table is used for designating a rate being lower than the output rate. When the two time tables A and B are alternately changed-over, information in the out-of-range table whose output time is in a prescribed range is moved to the time table B.</p> |
